Our carts are legal to drive on roads with speed limits of 35mph or less. They are equipped with seatbelts, DOT approved windshields, windshield wipers, speedometers, horns, mirrors, lights, and turn signals. Normal traffic and safety laws (including child restraints) apply.

Renters must be at least 21 years of age, have a valid US drivers license, current full coverage automobile insurance, and a major US credit card. Additional drivers have the same requirements. 

Our electric carts are limited to 25mph. Range is generally 25miles on a full charge but will vary based on load, speed, and driving behavior. Carts are prohibited from traveling on roads with speed limits greater the 35mph. 

Our carts require a normal 110V outlet to charge. A heavy duty extension cord will be provided with your rental. We recommend charging carts when not in use as well as overnight. Carts returned with less than 70% charge will be assessed a charging fee.

Carts will generally be delivered to your location by 4pm on the first day of the rental. Carts need to be available for pickup at the same location by 10am on the last day of the rental. The renter will need to be present at delivery. Our delivery team will contact you 24hrs in advance to finalize arrangements. 

Cancellations made before 14 days of the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.
